That's exactly what the NWO folks want us to beleve.
They want us to think that God has cursed blacks and gays and third-world poor people.
They sure don't want us to think that AIDS was developed by their demonic scientists with the express aim of selectively killing off certain sections of the world population and creating a crisis to justify a New World Order. Not to mention making a few big pharmaceutical companies fabulously rich and powerful.
