Oh Charlie, you just have to idulge. Once started though it's very hard not to want more and more.
You have to start at the feet. There's all sorts of techniques to it but it's definately the best place to start. Of course you have to be totally naked. There can't be anything to interrupt the flow of the hands.
A quickie is also effective when you don't have time for the full deal, just starting just below the lower back (on the buttocks) and moving up and working either side of the back, paying attentions to those little balls that come up there. (not to rough though)
I'm having my coffee now, it's a perfect morning cool but not freezing (yet) I love watching the steam rise from the coffee, blowing gently on the coffee, sucking in the first taste. Delightful. Nothing like the first one in the morning to really get the day moving for me.
