Great to hear that you have taken your health into your own hands and are trying out alternative products. Most of the answers you received here suggest that you stay consistent with Ambrotose and take for 3-4 months. I would totally agree and I think you will be surprised at how you feel after. It looks like it has been a few months since you posted.
