I'm still on my diet, more or less. But I still haven't gained back the 5 pounds that I lost. After losing that weight it stopped going down, so I'll have to go to the gym more often.
My resolution is to get down to 180 lbs by going to the gym 5 times a week 1 hour a day.
They say that a real hard game of racket ball burns up 900 calories in an hour.
5 X 900 = 4,500
It takes burning 3500 calories to lose 1 pound.
Hopefully I will lose 1 pound per week -- it's a goal anyway. So, at 4 lbs a month to lose 16 lbs it will take 4 months.
I'm gonna do it! By the end of April I ought to be done.
I'll post a picture of my belly when I get down to 180 (if Heidy lets me).
