Instead of taking coffee,what helps to give you a real boost in the morning is orange or lemon juice just after you wake up. Cafeine gives a false sense of energy.
Fish oil helps the brain to process things.
Camomille helps to calm nerves especially before going to bed. I remember when we were younger, a girlfriend and I used to go to that granola place and we were always taking it in the evening. WE did know why but we felt a lot calmer.
