Now it's important that you don't go in where it's very tempting to go in to!!lol As doing the flip side can be very excurtiating for the one doing the massaging, keeping your mind on the massaging and not the interesting tidbits that are looking at you.
But again start at the foot. Stroking the foot with your thumbs in the middle and your fingers massaging outward and inward and you move to the toes. You then turn around and face towards her head and start massaging upwards towards her knee cap. I usually just pull gently on either side of the bone in the lower leg(with my thumbs), while kneading with my fingers the calf muscles.
move onwards to the kneecap, and on to the thigh. Now this whole area can be made very interesting, and if you want your partner to just fall asleep then avoid the feather like stroking as the whole area in the front can be very sensitive. (if you don't want your partner falling asleep then make sure you keep the feather strokes and you can stroke towards that area that is so very tempting, not ever touching it except by accident of course!)
Then you move upwards to the hips and tummy. Be very gentle with this area, a gentle circular motion is very effective here. You move on wards toward the breast. The same sort of circular motion is nice here.(that you did to the tummy) then it's onward towards the shoulders and downwards the arm. Make sure you gently pull the fingers through your hand as a finishing stroke, feels so nice. Then its back to the face. It feels incrediably nice to have your face massaged, gentle but firm circular motions with your fingers. Pat attention to the forehead and jaw and eye socket area. Cheek bones too. Then Move your hand through the hair massaging the head and finishing at the top.(or on the top, on whether you put your partner to sleep or kept her awake!lol)
> Feather touching - I've always liked that,
> that's wonderful! I'm going to do that
