Thank God for the timing - that I asked just when you had read about it. It definately is coffee related cause cutting back results in the symptoms dissapearing. Maybe you should start a coofee support board. The real problem is cutting back.

Thanks for the peppermint tea tip and all the other tips. I appreciated that.

I also have a cist that concerns me. I'll tell you later. Gotta run now. I'm going to go for coffee! Ha!
