It all sounds so familiar, I think I made the transition ok though.
A good diet helps. I started the Zone diet about 4 years ago. Went from 110 kilos to 80 in 1 year, my health improved immensely, and I hardly ever get sick,
Its a good diet to bring your insulin level in balance.
