Yes, it's saved my sanity. At least in the midst of all my pains (had awful headache 2 days and leg pains 3 days) I've had people with whom I could communicate. There are some kooky types but those are easy to spot.

I wrote one guy (email) who seemed to really know his stuff and he wrote right back with all kinds of helpful tips and was very encouraging.

I'm drinking a disgusting 2 cups of sea salt water in order to flush my system as the tea hasn't been working. That's why my legs still hurt. I read that the poisons (toxins) lodge themselves in your legs mostly so that's why they're hurting so bad. Couldn't sleep all night, but just goes to show you how messed up my body was. Really toxic and acid so ooooooold Linda is a changin' her ways, ya'll.
