I have a book (in German) called "Forever Young", it may also be available in English. If it is, please get it, it will change your life. No joke. It even got Val jogging for awhile and that's saying something.
Here is what it says:
Regular sports activities reduces the risk of
Intestinal cancer by 17 percent
Breast cancer by 37 to 72 percent
Heart attack and strokes by 40 to 60 percent
High Blood pressure by 50 percent.
This guy Dr. Med. Ulrich Strunz, recommends jogging. And it isn't as awful to do as I imagined.
