Has anyone else ever experienced a cramp in your leg when sitting at the computer?
Man! I just got one in the back of my thigh. It was a doozy. I had to jump up and down for a few minutes to get it out. Was that painful!!??!!
It doesn't happen all that often...I think that I need to drink some more water. I was working in the heat nearly all day today. Whew!!
