I wuz thinkin' of joining a circus. Think it's too late?
I do believe that I was deficient in the H20 the night that I got that horrible cramp. Working in the heat will do it to ya.
Whether there's good evidence for magnesium or not I think that it helps. And it is essential for aiding in calcium absorption. But if the body is out of balance in other areas the mag ain't gonna make up fer it. I hadn't thought of the potassium so I've been eating an extra banana since I'm sweating so much.
