Yeah, it does sound pretty great. Another good dieting fast, or for general health and cleansing is the Stanley Burroughs Master Cleanse which consists soley of lemonade made from juiced lemons, pure grade A maple syrup and a dash of cayenne pepper. According to Mr. Burroughs, the lemon/maple syrup combination contain all vitamins and minerals your body need to sustain itself. It is a 10~40 day fast. I have tried to do it, but ran out of lemons and wasn't able to get back to it. The cayenne pepper helps move mucous out of your body (intestines and colon esp.).
For anyone attempting to diet or fast, please read, research or seek advice from a natural health care practitioner first. Your body's individual needs and design make it unique and it is good to know what to expect and what to prepare for, know how to go into a diet and how to come out of it in order to protect your body from unnecessary stress. A fast esp. can begin a toxin release process from your body and be uncomfortable during the first few days, leaving you weak and sickly feeling. It may be necessary to go slower, or to adjust your fast to suit your body's needs. The same with a diet, you can diet without stressing your body.
