Just from a subjective point of view, I'd say it's another trend. No doubt, it's probably somewhat beneficial, but then so is any fruit juice. I bought a big bottle at Costco last year to try it out. It had kind of an odd taste and smell that put me off, personally. Had a few glasses worth over a week....didn't really notice anything different. Maybe concentrated in capsules or whatever, it has more of an effect??
