By treating your body right and putting the nutrients into it that it needs to:

repair itself
fight aging
give energy and endurance

you are extending your own life and giving yourself the gift of a healthy old age. That's great that you're still in such great shape, my dad has regained it too by changing his life style.

If anyone is interested, ocha, or Japanese green tea, is an excellent anti-oxidant, studies have been done to show that drinking it on a daily basis can reverse the aging of your internal organs, reduce the risk of cancer, it has a natural vitamin C which isn't destroyed with heat.

It's somewhat bitter and you have to develop a taste for it. I drink it with a sweet pickled plum, known in Japan as ume, it's a nice combination, or just on its own, I've become accustomed to the flavor.

Hojicha is green tea without the caffeine, it's brown in color. Personally I don't like the flavor as much, but is supposed to be very good for you as well.
