Chocolate is a stimulant.
Listening to the news at this time certainly will not put you to sleep. It has to disturb you somehow.
Ice cream contents a lot of sugar, sugar gives you false energy, and if it's chocolate ice cream, well you know!!!!
Take a hot bath,listen to soothing music in your bedroom and drink a hot camomille tea and it should do the trick,at least it should help a little.
