They are a hard candy, they come in all kinds of flavs and are very tasty, I get off on the sour apple. BUT ( what a big but ) they are nothing but sugar and artificial flavor...I know I shouldn't be doing this and have felt bad about it for a while now....but I guess my concience has become seared with a hot iron because I just bought 3 more bags. Honey has been my only sweetener all these yrs. But maybe a little prayer from you Andrew and a little effort on my part I can get off these things. I tell you, the food people eat in America is the cause of 99% of health problems today. ( Don't quote me on that percentage thing ) Later Bro.
