There's no itch to the rash and it only seems to act up when under stress, too tired, or (I think) too much caffeine. What are some of the antioxident foods I'd have in my fridge or pantry. There's no health food stores for miles around, other than the bush. I'll try the fast on Sunday and let you know how it goes. Can't do it during the week as I'm into heavy, heavy, labor. Need meat and potatoes for that! I like the idea of a health support group. I had no coffee Monday, and only two yesterday.
