The highest in anti-oxidants is berries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries. I drink a concentrated berry based juice every day, it mostly contains wolfberries, and a few other things. Lemon is also good, prunes, oatmeal I believe is a good one too for your system.

I'll look up some more stuff, but by far it seems that berries carry the hightest anti-oxidants.

How did your body react to the no coffee? That may be something you'd want to do on the weekend, your first weaning of yourself from it cause your body will usually react, headaches and stuff. Have you found something to replace it?

Can I assume you live in Australia, "the bush"? Australia is a great place for getting healthy foods and things. If you manage to get to a health shop you should find some really good stuff. Do you ever order over the internet? I can recommend some sites with supplements and herbs, oils.

How are you planning to fast? A true fast is only water, but a fast to clean out a certain part of your body includes herbs or supplements to aid the cleansing process. Here's a simple recipe if you have the ingredients at home. This is not a fast, but a cleansing:

Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
Mix into 8oz of distilled water
Add 1-2 Tablespoons of grade B maple syrup
Add up to 1/10th tsp. of cayenne pepper (red)

Start with a pinch of two of cayenne and gradually increase to 1/10th tsp. do not put cayenne pepper (capsicum) into capsules and take separate from the lemonade drink, it changes the action of the formula and can cause inflammation and excessive mucous secretion.

Drink as many 10pz glasses as required according to your body weight per day. If you weigh 100lbs then you would drink half your weight in ounces which would be 50oz or 5 glasses.
