The lack of caffeine gave me a headache, but I'm over it now. I can do the berry thing. I grow several rows of rasberries, more than I can eat. Cranberries grow wild all over the place and I can eat them, as well as chokecheries, by the fistful. I'm in Canada. I love raw lemons and can eat them whole, no problem. I read that for my blood type, (A) they also act as a base, not an antacid, when digested. Same for grapefruit, which I eat daily. What are some of the antioxident vegetables?
Thanks for the recipe and the support. Sunday is the day. I'll do the water, lemon, and c pepper, replace the maple syrup with honey, and drink 9 glasses. Now you know how much I weigh.
