Weight Watchers may be a good way to lose weight for some,as any program can be but not for all. To my knowledge, the Weight Watcher's program is based on the point system. It does not necessarily teach you the right way to eat the right foods, but if you decide to eat all your points in two pastries per say, you are done for that day...At least, it is the way I see it. It might be good for some because you have the group approach and the weekly weighing every time you go. And the reproach if you did not lose the weight, for some it can remind the cultic group approach. I would like to talk more about diets and lost weight programs. I have been through so many in my life. But I will save it for another post, as time is pressing right now.
