I've told you many times that I respect your detailed knowledge of Scripture, but linking obscurities together does not guarantee sound doctrine. From what I can tell, it does just the opposite. We could nearly always quote 2 verses to justify just about anything DB came up with. When he backpeddled and said just the opposite, we had 2 different verses to show why that was okay, too. Most Bible-based cults can show chapter and verse for what they believe.
That's why it's so important to establish some scriptural absolutes that are based, not only on the testimony of "2 witnesses", but also on the larger truths of redemption, etc. Taking verses out of context (or worse, trying to connect English words from the KJV) can never lead to anything but further confusion. It's scissors-and-paste theology.
