I'm in my final year at University and have 9 children, (6 have graduated from High School, and 3 are still in Primary and High School).

It's been difficult for the older ones to adjust to life after the family, they went through major readjustments went they went to school.

I really admire the poor kids who have left without their Mom and Dad to give them support, it is a difficult transition. But thankfully they are all happy and adjusted. They all have jobs they like and many dreams in the making. We are all very close and it's funny, just because they are adults, they still make you feel they appreciate your interest in their lives.

My husband has worked hard to support us all and has made enough to buy some land and hopefully start building our home. He's been steady as a rock and always there for me and the kids.

We were so lucky when we left we were able to find a place with a couple of acreas and the house has always been filled with love and laughter (okay lots of fighting too!) But they have been the happiest days of my life.

Anyway thats just a snippet of life after the Family.
