One other point he brought out in the class is that the Lord has promised to equip us against the wiles of the devil. That all we have to do is put on the armor that He has already provided.
The whole armor.
The main thing that hit me about that message was how important it is to keep balanced. But only the Lord can do it by us recognizing that we can't.
It's not a new message, of course, but I loved the way he made it come to life.
