Yes, balance is something that comes up in my life quite frequently. The flesh is always struggling against the things of the spirit.

Ephesians is a powerful epistle in many ways. I think that it was last year that I really began to appreciate it more. The armor is so important and often referred to; look at the first chapter, too; it's mind blowing.
