I think the only thing that could top this would be blatant human sacrifice. I say blatant because in a sense these doctrines and demands within the cult have driven many to an early death.
I can't for the life of me imagine how talking like people in a low budget porno film and making it about Jesus and his relationship to men as the bride of Christ can do anything but screw people up especially if they are raised in this environment. What I don't understand is why Children's Protective Services give all this literature for evidence has not at least removed children from the cult or given parents the option to leave with their children and be under supervision while adjusting to the outside world. The film "Savage Messiah" was based on a very abusive though smaller cult whose French Canadian leader (Roc Thierrault) is currently incarcerated. Some let their children be taken refusing to leave the cult (him) but others got help and work with others who have survived domestic abuse, etc.
This cult leader murdered one wife and hacked off an arm of another woman. He was also extremely abusive to children and women were absolutely subservient to him.
