John Todd claimed that the illuminati was tied to witchcraft.

He went around to churches preaching that for a few years and had Jack Chick backing him up.

But it turns out that in those churches John Todd was actually holding seances with young girls and having sex with some of them under the guise of teaching them witchcraft.

He went to jail for it a couple of times.

He was a total fraud.

But that doesn't disprove the illuminati.
John Todd did not invent the illuminati.

The illuminati is a fact, but considerably different than as it was portrayed by John Todd.

In fact the illuminati is an extremely extensive and diversified cabal that was originally founded within the Masonic Lodges of Bavaria in 1776 by Adam Weishaupt and was commissioned and financed by Meyer A. Rothschild.

It is more tied to freemasonry and big business than to witchcraft. It is very much about money and power.
