I've noticed that you and Carmel perpetuate the old-Berg crutch of highlighting the weaknesses/sins of God's people in order to justify and rationalize the SINS of Berg and continue the Prophet Wo myth. Joel, there is NO evidence that Berg was anything but a deceiver from the beginning. Some, like my husband, say that they learned some valuable things in the COG, so perhaps God had mercy on him for a time; but that's only speculation. The man was a child molester and womanizer from the very beginning of the movement. It's blasphemous to compare him to Solomon, although Solomon was drawn away by his lusts during the END of his reign. Solomon was and is recognized by his Godly wisdom. Where did Wo Berg ever demonstrate that? It's sad and nonsensical to make ANY comparison between men of God and Berg. It's time to move into the New Testament and listen to Jesus and his disciples in regard to the character of a disciple of Christ.
