The only inaccuracies are the changed names like "Maria David" instead of Karen Zerby. The sexual abuse was clearly practiced and encouraged from the very top, David Berg and Karen Zerby as well as Peter Kelley or whatever anonymous name he goes by now. "Smith" seems to be a favorite. Kind of like "Owens" or "Jones".
