To be honest, the types of posts and responses on the subject here have been very different from "Jeff's". But that aside, Jeff seems to be saying that a homosexual person is not a saved person. After meeting people in a reconciling church that are heterosexual and who accept people as God made them, and after meeting people who are homosexual and Christian, I don't see who a person has as a lifetime partner as being a barrier to Christianity or Judaism or other types of religion.
