The so called War on Evil is really a war to gain control over major money-making resources such as oil, minerals, opium, and cocain.

Marijuana is just a diversionary smoke screen. They can burn a truckload of marijuana every day and call it a victory in the war on drugs. Meanwhile they use their connections and authority to bring in planeloads of heroin or cocain worth a million times more on the street.
