Since I haven't heard anything about it on CNN or news stations then I suppose it was not felt on land at all, I was just surprized one of that size was registered in that area of the Gulf of Mexico. I am sure it did no damage on land but don't know whether anyone felt it or not.
Just thought it was weird, the location and strength.
