In the old days they just tried to manouveour their guy into wars and hedge their bets by financing both sides like they did in the US civil war. Now-a-days they have (Through TOTAL control of the money power) infiltrated their guy into media and political leadership on BOTH sides to create the conflict that will bring about the chaos that will bring about the NWO.

Of course some of these guys are just "useful idiots" with no idea that they are chosen expressily because of their fanatical political and religious beliefs, meglomania, naivety and/or stupidity and that they are they are being used to further expand the conflict.
