Responsability and accountability are funny things to define, when it comes to guns, for example and anti-control zeal...

It reminds me of the notion that "guns don't kill, people kill".

The STATE of EMPIRE is like a loaed gun in many way imo. It takes an "antichrist" attitude to rationalize the utility of such a monstrosity; the MONSTER itself was "ordered" to "pull the trigger", so it's "not my fault"???

I wonder sometimes what kind of "excuses" certain higher up's in the chain of reprimand bear; especially the kind RELEASED from a bottomless pit "ordered" to a perpetual onslaught of TRIGGER-happy perdition?
