Carmel, you said something in another post that caught my attention. I don't have time to look it up, but it was a comment to George, I believe. You were speculating that if George was correct in his analysis that Mo was dead, why would God allow that? I'm not sure what you meant; however, I got the impression that there was something that you wouldn't be able to fathom. After reading your comments to ST and the statement that you made about signing the paper when you were saved, and how you've resigned yourself to accept anything that God has in store for you, I'm wondering how true that is. Because, Carmel, there's one thing that you don't seem resigned to accept and that's the possibility that Mo is indeed dead and that his "works" are rubbish. Now, I'm not his judge so there are possibly some of his works that may endure; but I do believe that we have a consensus here that the Children of God and the TFI were led by a false prophet who led a lot of spiritually-naive people into heresy. I believe that people came to Christ despite us and Mo, but we were led astray. The NT is full of such heresies; it's not uncommon. But now we have a chance to follow the true Gospel. God has given us another chance. Isn't that wonderful? I hope that you're able to consider that.
