Well, we've got a whole big batch of seaweed in the pantry. My wife buys it and I'm sorry but I don't know the specifics about the type she gets. I eat it only rarely. But since reviewing these pages on the Thyroid I'm going in there right now and eat some and then put a patch of iodine on my inner arm to see how my thyroid is doing :) Lord help me, I do this stuff in obsessive spurts for awile I was putting on iodine every couple days for months, then I stopped. I need to learn some kind of moderation.

We used Lugols' too but mostly just use regular iodine and brush on a patch on our inner bicep or thigh.
