Antibiotic Resistent Superbugs

Thank God, I'm the only longterm patient here, who actually is not dependent on medications.

This hospital treats mostly Emphazema, Lung cancer, AIDS ad Tuberculosis patients.

Nancy has Cystic Fibrosis, and was in late stages even before we got together. Since before having to move into longterm, she has needed continuous antibiotics treatments, with breaks as long as possible.

Ever since the 1980's, when I was still in the Family, reports began coming out about superbugs. In the past few years, this hospital is getting worse, because of more than two or three superbugs.

Superbugs especially threaten patients who are chronic users of antibiotics. Antibiotics kill all types of bacteria in the intestinal tract, including the necessary bacteria.

If chronic antibiotic users would consume yoghurt, they could minimize the problem, since yoghurt effectively replaces Lactobicilius and acidophilus.

The virus which started killing off patients causes diahrrea and intense abdominal cramps. Nancy's two roommates died close together, partly because of suffering from advanced Emphyzema and heart problems, as well as their aging factor.
