Great idea Michael. As for myself, it has been a very sobering moment of history. The world will never be the same. Being of the opinion that the End is in the not too distant future, I see these events as particularly poignant, in that they draw the world, through fear and the sense of insecurity, closer to accepting the need for a "New World Order", and a one world gov't and policing body. As we surrender more & more personal and societal freedoms, we draw closer to becoming a generation that can be easily monitored by a one world gov't body.
It is also interesting to me how this is coming across as a religious conflict, as well, with the extremist Muslims calling for Jihad. Taken to an extreme, over a given amount of time, I can see how the AC could intially ban religions, in preparation for setting himself up as God. Definitely signs of the times.
