A genuine thanks for your concern. I have spoken with and e-mailed with my daughter almost daily, and she is doing as well as can be expected. Her father-in-law and brother-in-law came from Europe to their home in Africa and they had a small service and Family members from all over their region came and lent support as well. I am planning on making the 36 hour flight to go see them in November. She's sent me a beautiful poem from the funeral and is taking a lot of comfort from her faith.

They have been in Africa for quite a few years and I've not quite had the umph, money, or even courage to travel to Africa to see them. I have to take the step, I haven't seen them since her 5 year old was an infant, although we are in touch weekly by e-mail. I miss her terribly and the opportunity to be close to my grandchildren.
