& Catholic Church and YKW never admits fault

The self delusion works on the corporate level also. The Catholic Church never admits fault and changes from their failed celebcy doctrine. "All the abuses are just caused by a few bad apples." "And the Church will discipline them, blah, blah, blah." Generations of abuse of children by priests, and yet they won't admit their doctrine is wrong.

Likewise, don't hold your breath for Family leadership to admit their doctrines are wrong. Afterall, if you are God's prophet, how can you be wrong? They've painted themselves into corner spiritually. Ditto Mormons, Jehova's Witnesses, Moonies, etc.

About all that can be done in the physical is similar to the containment plan for Al Qaeda: put the organization on the run, ferret out the leaders, attack their finances, stop their recruiting, deny them sanctuary in as many countries as possible, and educate the public (and governments) against them, their fronts, and doctrines. (It never ceases to amaze me how the methods of outlaw groups are so similar, regardless of the religious beliefs. Whether the Mafia (the other Family), Al Quaeda, Red Brigades, or drug smugglers, they all operate the same!)

But in the spiritual realm, post the truth so they are exposed. The Internet is such a powerful weapon against injustice and falsehood. This is the only way to reach kids who have no money or opportunity to buy or read newspapers or books with an outside-the-Family viewpoint. It's so powerful and so feared by Family leadership that members can get excommunicated for unaccompanied/unauthorized surfing. This board and its supporters/sponsors should take that as a high compliment. Gary himself is so afraid of it that he has to threaten to sue to stop this board, because he's frightened of getting exposed. Why do men hate and flee from the light? Because their deeds are evil. Every man that doeth the truth, cometh to the light, that he may be made manifest, that his deeds were done in light. Gee, Gary, it doesn't seem like you're coming to the light. John Chapter One seemed so simple 30 years ago, when we thought it was talking about all the systemites. What a shocker it must be now to be convicted by it. Maybe Mama Maria and Queen Peter will just ban the Bible, to spare everyone from the confusion and guilt.

Also dear Family readers, please consider this: If the truth of Family teachings is so sure, then why does it need so many helps to prop it up? I thought that God and truth could stand on their own. A candle does not have to fight or curse the dark, it only has to burn. It shouldn't need so much help, or quite so many forced readings of 90 page GN diatribes. Just one must seem longer than all the recorded sayings of Jesus. And there's a new one each week?

Totalitarian regimes can never allow a free press. Communist Russia didn't have one. Communist China still doesn't. And Communist Family can't allow it either. Because the real truth is very close to you. That still small voice telling you right from wrong. And when you see that voice expressed in print by others, it gives you the power to reseize your own
conscience and mind, too, and frees you from the bondage of never-ending childhood put upon you by the group. You discover you no longer need an intermediary (like the Family, a prophet, or a parent) to stand between you and Jesus. You can now claim and defend your own spiritual adulthood. Can't you just stand up and tell them you've had enough are aren't going to take it any more? Give it a try!

I hope Joseph reconsiders his resignation from supporting this site. This board is having a world-wide impact. In just that period right after Y2K, scores of families and maybe hundreds of singles left the group because of postings on this board. Members were able to find the truth, and the truth set them free. It's freedom not just for those hundreds (maybe it's thousands) that left the group, but for the future generations that are going to follow them. This board is all about soul winning, and it is going to have eternal fruit. Which of your children or friends now out of the Family would you want still in the group? This board is making a huge difference.
