Although the timing of the first line is undeniable as reference to Tuesday's date, the rest of this quote must be refering to the timing of the complete destruction of Babylon, which doesn't happen until the 1st Trumpet. The King of Terror and the great leader that will succumb, is a possible referenct to anti-christ, and the big war when the big city is burning is more activity related to the 1st trumpet nuclear strike by the 10 nations on Bablylon. I don't give much weight to prophecies outside the bible, unless they line up in some way. So, in that sense, it could be considered prophetic.
