I got saved when I was 13. For me it was real bolt of lightening experience and I was so excited about finding out about Jesus. I wanted to tell everybody...and I pretty much did. I changed completely from a shy retiring sort of girl to going up to strangers at school. I stood up in history class and announced that I wanted to be a preacher when I grew up. My teacher was rather blown away that I was so out there.

I talked with my Dad about it and he saw no problems with me being a preacher. Even if I was a girl. It was because of his encouragement that I kept that spark alive inside of me.

I think His Spirit will land where it will, on whomever it wants, male or female.
