This can be a great place to begin working on unresolved issues. You'll find that the people who post here have a lot to offer. Some have been out of the COG for many years and others for only a few. We are all very much individuals working out our own particular issues/questions/problems so there can be many points of view. We don't always agree, but, unlike our COG experiences, disagreement can be a good thing. It can cause us to question our own frames of reference that we have depended on for so long. Another good place to begin working out your issues is at Ask Bob. Many have found him to be very helpful. Bob is a counselor who specializes in counseling people who have left cults.

Don't be afraid to jump into the conversations. If you don't find one that interests you then start your own thread. Let others know that you are new here. Best wishes.
