Well that's like me, almost as soon as my head hits the pillow.
I always thought this was a good thing, but we had a guest speaker on a PD day, and he spoke about how normally your body takes twenty minutes to shut down. If you are falling asleep quicker then that, then you are basically sleep deprived. He warned us of the dangers of not getting enough sleep, etc...
It was pretty amazing, I'm determined to get more sleep, but without too much success yet.
