Where is she from? Burma? There is a Burmese lady who has been under house arrest for years. Is this who you are talking about?
Did you happen to see the sports awards? They showcased to Afghan young ladies who had to really take their lives in their own hands to go up against Taliban like atrocities. They were beautiful and they are championing women's causes in these countries. They have to play soccer in a walled field with security guards. Can you imagine?
