That quote from Langone certainly rings a bell for me. Thanks for posting that.
Also, I can relate to being afraid of making mistakes. I know I "grabbed at straws" when trying to figure out the best way to do things with my circumstances with the kids.
I made a lot of mistakes, inconsistency being one of the biggest ones but considering what i had to work with, I think I did a pretty good job overall.
