If it weren't for water aerobics, my health and overall care for my body would be toast! I have many permanent injuries to my legs from an auto accident, and most recently, I added a broken ankle. The major reason I broke my ankle is because I like to be so active. Well, my hiking and backpacking days are over, but I can still get into the water and be a ballerina or a kick-boxer or a mermaid or whatever my imagination and body will let me be in the freedom of the water.
I love water aerobics, too!
