Yes, I was impressed that the couple getting married made that request. They are both in their late 30's and marrying for the first time, so they've had years to collect things that they like.

Well, we actually went on a honeymoon of sorts. Don't know how that happened. But we didn't get a "stupid tape" from Berg. Man, I feel slighted.

I'm the only daughter in my family (there are four) that didn't have a wedding with the cake, gifts, etc. My dad should have thanked me. He never did like spending money on weddings. He didn't mind giving us money for a house or something, but he felt that weddings, parties, etc. were a waste of money. He came from a poor family needless to say.
