The Sky's the Limit

I wish I had the energy of that 93 yr old woman! My doc told me that walking was not that good for me and to get to a pool. Still, i walk some because it is better than being sedentary until I get around to getting in a pool. As stupid as it might sound, I don't like to be in a bathing suit around others.
I don't care if they are twice my age and with spider veins all over them, I just have issues.
That is a biggie for me. Healthwise, I have a whole host of challenges now and it is depressing. I read at ask bob how people once you get older, you age a lot quicker. I am understanding that now. I went through my forties passing for twenties but once I hit fifty the aging went into overdrive. I have had a number of surgeries and am about to go for more. i was not an unhealthy person in my youth but the arthritis started early, in mid thirties or earlier. Now it is quite debilitating.
I have no doubt that stressors in my life have played a part in the physical condition I am in now and most of it is not reversible. I am leaning towards trying the pool though. Maybe I kind find when the most "off" time is for its use.
