
(Jane) Here are lots of sites on Water Aerobics that may just inspire you to dig out that bathing suit. Remember, most everyone else there is there for the same need and purpose. I have made some awesome new friends of like mind. I lap swim, and water walk as well. I try to get in at least 3 times a week. I have friends that just learned to swim in their 60's and now swim daily in their 80s. Ponce De Leon was mistaken. You don't drink the fountain of youth, you get in it.
